My eyes are heavy, the room is dim. I keep the curtains closed to help maintain what little heat is in my small apartment. I'm curled up on my couch in my new red Flames hoodie and a warm blanket I keep on the couch. My coffee, now finished was hot and delicious. My foot has a dull ache from trying to walk this morning but I make myself believe that it's a casualty of progress. I'm not whining. Right now is when I wish I had a roaring fire place and a good cracking record playing off in the background.
